I am very excited to announce our first in person event for 2023 is LIVE to book on.

This in person wellness workout we will focus on health, gut health, stress management, confidence boosting, and much more. The workshop will be delivered in the beautiful space within The Hideout studio. Is it going to be a small event with the space for 10 people. We will cover why gut health is linked to overall health, how to improve your gut health and gut symptoms, stress management, some confidence boosting exercises, and lots more. You will also a chance to try some gut loving foods.
