Colonic Hydrotherapy is a naturopathic treatment that involves the safe, gentle infusion of warm water into the colon, bathing the bowels, and giving it a smoothing, cleansing internal massage at the same time. Colonic Hydrotherapy works by using the body’s natural nerves and muscular activity to aid the evacuation of waste from the bowels, both during and after the treatment. Colonic Hydrotherapy is not only relaxing, cleansing, and helpful for gut issues, but it may also make you think clearer and feel happier.
The Personlised Gut Health Plan
This personalised gut health plan is perfect for somebody looking to take positive steps in improving their gut health without under going a colonic hydrotherapy treatment.
We will work together to manage your symptoms and come to a place where you are no longer suffering.
The plan will include a 30 minute consultation which can be done in the clinic, on the phone or over zoom. Before this appointment you will be required to fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire so I can get to know you better and learn the specific issues you’re having with your gut. During the appointment we will discuss your conditions and symptoms in full and create a personalised plan for you to follow. We will make sure that the plan fits in with your lifestyle, work patterns and commitments. This service includes a 15 minute follow up 3 weeks after your first appointment to see how you are getting on and to see if we need to make any tweaks.
