Come and join Carly (Good Gut Clinic) and Jade (Yoganand Studio) for an overall wellness workshop to make you feel good from within. We will combine movement and health together so you will leave feeling educated on gut health, confident on how to improve your over all health as well as the chance to move through a flow, breathe deeply and relax! We will top this off with a delicious gut loving bowl from Juice Jar and have the opportunity to sit together, chat and ask questions. Small things really make a big difference and this workshop is going to give you the skills on how to feel more calm and content to help us manage this crazy busy modern lifestyle we are all living.
