FIBER FUELED DELICIOUS BREAKFAST IDEA

Simple and delicious ways of adding more fiber diversity into your breakfast.

Improving your gut health will improve your overall health. When your Gut Microbiome is thriving your skin, moods, sleep and of course Gut issues will improve. Slowly increasing your fiber diversity has proven to reduce risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and colon cancer. Essentially a well-fed gut microbiome really can transform your health.

I find mornings a great way to really pack my meal full of plant-based diversity.

Here is my current favourite fibre fuelled breakfast. This has 8 different types of fiber. Remember diversity is key.

  • 2 Tablespoons of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Half an apple cut into chunks.
  • Mix through some kefir or live yogurt
  • Sprinkle over some cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of some ground mixed seeds and nuts
