We will work together to manage your symptoms and come to a place where you are no longer suffering.

The plan will include a 30 minute consultation which can be done in the clinic, on the phone or over zoom. Before this appointment you will be required to fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire and do you Gut Microbiome test so I can get to know you better and learn the specific issues you’re having with your gut. During the appointment we will discuss your conditions and symptoms in full and create a personalised plan for you to follow. We will look at your gut microbiome test, cover topics like stress, food and much more. We will make sure that the plan fits in with your lifestyle, work patterns and commitments. This service includes a 15 minute follow up 3 weeks after your first appointment to see how you are getting on and to see if we need to make any tweaks.
