A Colonic Hydrotherapy session with an herbal enema administered towards the end.

Enjoy a colonic hydrotherapy session with the use of a herbal enema halfway through. You can choose which herbs to use from the list below.

Important – herbal enemas are recommended after a minimum of 2-3 colonics; then the colon is less impacted to ensure good absorption of the liquid enema. So ideal to add in when you are doing the course of 3 treatments. However if you chose a double colonic then we can administrate during this session if its your first one.

Herbal enema have many benefits and can be a effected way to detox the body.

Calming chamomile – German Chamomile is used for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and sedative properties.  It is also used internally to treat spasms and inflammation of the digestive tract.  Excellent for use when mucus secretion is evident, it will relax a nervous, inflamed bowel and aid in releasing gas and easing spasms. The use of herbal chamomile is already great to help stress and anxiety.

Anti-Spasm Enema Herbs– (lobelia, motherwort, peppermint, raspberry leaf and wild yam root) smooth muscle relaxant herbs.  Good for nerves, anxiety and stress.  Helps with gassy, constipated clients who have a stubborn colon.

Wild Yam – (wild yam root) anti-inflammatory helping relieve intestinal and urinary tract inflammation   Soothes spasm or muscle cramps (menstrual and hormonal stomach conditions) and relaxes muscles and nerves.  Also relieves IBS

Combination Enema Herbs– (burdock root, raspberry leaves, red clover, wild yam and yellow dock) smooth muscle relaxant herbs, mild laxative and liver stimulating properties.  Helps aid the colon when evacuation is unsatisfactory.

Coffee Enema– To detoxify the liver and stimulate the gall bladder to remove toxins. Helping clean the colon walls.  Stimulates Bile flow and removes toxins in the large intestine.  Promotes improved digestion.  Speeds up the detoxification process.
