I recently listened to a podcast all about eggs by Zoe which reminded me how much I love these versatile nutrient-dense little eggys . I’ve always been a huge lover of the egg, my mum said it was one of the first foods I learn how to cook and I love it in every single format, scrambled, poached, fried, egg mayo sandwich….. I could go on and on. I was even given a egg cookbook for my last birthday from a close friend which you can see in the pictures below. They truly are my favorite.
Eggs however over the years they have had a hard time with them being slammed that they are bad for your health especially your cholesterol levels. We used to be told that eggs are bad for our hearts, But after listening to the podcast by Zoe that this is just not the case, which I am thrilled about. The benefits you get from eggs are outstanding. It’s also really important that you eat both the white and yolk as they both have different minerals and nutrients in them.
